The plates can be used in the following heat sources:

Flame of gas or over fire (not directly but on the thraka). Also the dish is refractory, suitable to put in the oven.

Before using the dish, it is recommended to brush it with cooking oil and bake it for 30 minutes in the oven at medium temperature.

Cleaning in the dishwasher is not recommended.
