Deliveries in Greece & Cyprus

You may receive your order in two ways:

• Delivery by courier at your address of choice.
• Pick up from our warehouse at Sirinon street 31, 17561 Paleo Faliro. (No shipping costs are charged in this option)

Shipping with courier service within Greece

Hintsdeco.com delivers your order to your address within 1-3 days via a courier service,

• The shipping cost depends on the product's weight and is the same across Greece.
• The shipping cost charge is shown during the check-out process and before the payment section. As an example, the charge for a  2 kg shipment is  3,70€
• For orders above 99 €, we offer free of charge shipping.

The orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm on working days. If you cannot receive your order within these times, you can pick up your order from the courier office just by showing the shipment code we send you via SMS and e-mail.

The final delivery time may vary in difficult-to-reach areas/islands or in case of extraordinary circumstances or high workload seasons for courier companies. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from delivery times.

If you wish special delivery services such as a specific receipt time, weekend or same-day delivery, please contact us at shop@hintsdeco.com or at 2109404217, and we will try to accommodate your need at a small extra charge.

All shipped products are carefully tested very well packaged. If the package is torn or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us at shop@hintsdeco.com or at 2109404217

Pick up form our warehouse

If you wish, you may pick up your order from our warehouse to Paleo Faliro, 31 Sirinon Street.

To do so, simply tick the 'pick up from warehouse'  option during check out. In this option you are not charged shipping.

You will be informed by SMS and e-mail to know when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note, no payment can be processed at the pick up point. 

Shipping with courier service within Cyprus

Hintsdeco.com delivers your order to your address within 1-3 days via a courier service,

The are two shipping options:

Standard delivery

• Orders with the option " Express delivery" are delivered within 7-11 days at your address
• The shipping cost depends on the product's weight and is the same across the Republic of Cyprus.
• The shipping cost charge is shown during the check-out process and before the payment section. As an example, the charge for a  3 kg shipment is 7€
• For orders above 250 €, we offer free of charge Standard Delivery.

Express delivery

• Orders with the option " Express delivery" are delivered within 2-4 days at your address
• The shipping cost depends on the product's weight and is the same across the Republic of Cyprus.
• The shipping cost charge is shown during the check-out process and before the payment section. As an example, the charge for a  2 kg shipment is 14€
