In the world of modern interior design, there are brands that don't just follow trends, they create them. Serax is just that: a creative force that redefines the aesthetics of the everyday object, turning it into an experience.
And now, this philosophy comes to meet Hintsdeco's curated experience.
From a family vision to an international design statement
Serax's story begins in 1986 in Belgium, when brothers Serge and Axel Van Den Bossche turned a small family business into a brand with global appeal. Today, Serax remains deeply connected to its roots: a family business that evolves through passion, collaboration and love for design. Each of its collections is the result of choices between established designers, rising talents and artisans from all over the world.

Design with character: where aesthetics meets functionality
What makes Serax stand out is not only its aesthetics, but also its balance. Every object, from a glass to a lamp or a piece of furniture, is designed to be both beautiful and functional.
A philosophy based on the idea that the design should not stay in the window, but to live in our everyday life. Flower Pot 08 from the Rosamar collection by Kris Van Assche captures exactly this approach. At the same time the double espresso cup from Annebet Philips' Carte Blanche series redefines the daily coffee ritual. With a strong texture and the feel of an original porcelain object, it balances between usability and a subtle, playful mood.
Creative freedom is expressed dynamically and through the ceramic side tables of Marie Michielssen. Each piece looks unique, inspired by different artistic feelings and forms.
The architectural dimension of the design becomes even more evident in the cement objects, such as Vase 01 and Vase 02 of the FCK series. With clean geometries and raw surfaces, they almost look like detached pieces of an architectual creation.

Light, on the other hand, is also treated as material. Nebula by Studio Ottawa draws inspiration from cosmic phenomena and translates this feeling into a soft, ambient light that "hugs" the space. At the same time, the table lamp Catherine combines a sturdy ceramic base with a fabric cap, creating a balance between earthy materiality and the warmth of light. On a more subtle scale, the lamp Rome by Alex Gabriels proves that design doesn't need volume to stand out. Small, flexible and atmospheric, it adds a calm brightness to every corner of the house.
The Sophia Pawn table by Marie Michielssen expresses the concept of multi-functionality in an artistic way. With glossy surfaces, hand-painted patterns and geometric forms.
The experience is completed through the scented candles. The Zephyr by Marie Michielssen combines notes of black pepper, lavender and oakmoss, creating a spicy yet balanced character, while the Candela by Plan C marries red apple, jasmine and suede in a composition that remains in the space not only as a scent, but also as an object, thanks to its design.

The value of craftsmanship: where authenticity is born
In Serax's philosophy, craftsmanship is not just a technique, it is the only path to meaningful creation. With a firm commitment to innovation and quality, the brand works with artisans who redefine the possibilities of traditional materials such as stone, wood, metal, glass and clay, approaching them with a modern, fresh look.

At the heart of Serax is collaboration. From names like Ann Demeulemeester and Vincent Van Duysen to young creators redefining design, each collaboration brings a fresh perspective. The results: Collections with a strong identity, which do not resemble each other but are connected by a common core: authenticity.
