The shipment of the products will then take place based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
ii) In case any of the items you placed in your order request is not available and/or a product will be available after the delivery time listed in our website, our Company will contact you either by email at your email address or by direct telephone call through its representative (or in all the above ways) to inform you on any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
If it is not possible to contact you within 10 days of sending your order request, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will have to submit your order again. In case of any new order (modified or not), a new email will be sent to you and this email will be the confirmation document of your order, based on which the latter will be executed. The shipment of the products will then be made according to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.

7. Product return process & refund policy
For the return of products whose order was placed online, the return regardless of the reason will be made after sending an e-mail to the address: shop@hintsdeco.com during working days and hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30), always within the deadline and under the conditions set in the product return policy (Article 8)
8. Products return policy
8.a. Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days without justification from the day you received it, at no cost at all, except for return costs (courier, shipping, postage or other), which will be done at our own risk and your own expenses (unless otherwise specified from time to time by our Company, for all the products or specifically for certain ones).
Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days is that the product has not been used and all items are returned in excellent condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and within their packaging, while still having to be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

8.b Policy for the return or replacement of defective products
i) Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to reach you without damage. In addition, our company takes all the necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and carriers) so that these items are sent in special packaging that fully protects them from any damage during transport and / or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products will wear out when shipped to you. In addition, in very rare cases there is a case to receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
ii) In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company. iii) In our effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from Hintsdeco.com, we offer the possibility of returning all products, for their replacement or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents.
We fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order or we undertake the replacement of the product with the correct one with our own shipping costs and shipping to you the correct one. If no error occurs on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the consumer.
Your refunds will be made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. Refunds are made via the credit card you used, or through the PayPal service (in case you made the payment through this service), alternatively you need to tell us the bank account in which you wish to make the deposit. Please note that we can refund you if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are in good condition for sale. The consumer is always responsible for sending the product back to our facilities.
8.c. Warranty
All the furniture of the company is covered with two (2) years manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period starts from the receipt of the furniture by the consumer. The warranty does not apply in case the damage is caused by misuse or poor maintenance of the products by the consumer.
In the event that within the validity period of the manufacturer's warranty there is any problem with the product, the consumer must inform the company in writing, or report it by phone to 2109404217. Then, the company will proceed to an audit and after detecting the defect, it will either repair or replace the product accordingly.
The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage that may be caused when the products are lifted to a floor or transported inside the home/building of the consumer. The sole responsibility for the transport of products inside the building, on the floor or ground floor, and for damage that may be caused to his movable and immovable property, lies with the consumer.
9. Possibility to cancel the order
You can cancel your order in the following situations:
